Workshop Brief

• Parents are invited to attend the first 30 minutes in foyer where I run through industry insights and audition guidance.
• Parents are invited to return for the last 45 minutes where I demonstrate practical and creative ways to support your child with auditions and self-taping at home.
• Bring your own SD Card for recordings of takes (minimum 16GB, compatible with 4K cameras)
• Children are welcome to bring snacks. We schedule designated breaks and eat outside the studio area (lounge/kitchen).
• Script selection via Dropbox link provided on receipt of invoice paid. Parents and students are encouraged to look through the Dropbox folder and run through a few scenes - with the goal of choosing ONE to bring to the workshop. Children can prepare this scene prior to workshop or can be assisted to learn a script on the day. The workshop also caters for students to NOT have prepared a scene too if they require more assistance. Children work on 1 x TVC and 1 x Film/TV scene, time pending a new scene - I bring lots of printed options on the day.
• Some students arrive prepared and we capture strong showreel material. Returning students are welcome to continue working on previous scenes.
• The studio is private and remains locked during sessions. The only other people who may be present are Daniel Berini, Wayward Casting, briefly checking in, or my assistant supporting the class. All adults present hold valid WWCC.
